Coaching Package | $60 USD bi-weekly

    Complimentary 1-hour consultation where we break down where you are and where you want to be. Bring your training history and any information which may be relevant. We'll assess everything, take over, and build what actually works.

    We will work on creating an individually tailored training program, oftentimes incorporating our own programs.

    Ben Wang is a certified nutritionist and will handle any nutrition-related issues or questions directly. Every program also includes a dedicated nutrition component built around your goals and the requirements of your training.

    In addition to ongoing WhatsApp support, check-ins through video call are recommended and available upon request.

    Additional Client Deal

    For each additional client you refer, you will receive $15 USD off your total coaching payments. This does not exceed your total coaching payments, and excess referrals will generate $15 .
